Spacers
Concrete cover spacers, which are designed to create a consistent gap between the reinforcement and the concrete floor or formwork, are produced in various shapes and are used for different purposes in various concrete structure projects.
Spacer hardfix is used for horizontal and heavy-duty surfaces, maxi fix is used for beams and slabs, and wallfix is used for columns and walls in construction projects.
Heavy-duty hardfix spacer is the most suitable component for creating concrete cover on all heavy and densely packed floors, such as foundations, beams, slabs, and massive floors. Hardfix spacers can withstand point loads of up to 350 kilograms.
Consumption amount:
Foundations and semi-heavy floors: The consumption rate is 4 spacers per square meter.
Heavy-duty and massive floors: The consumption rate ranges from 6 to 10 spacers per square meter, depending on the structure’s volume.
Beams and girders: Consumption rate: 3 spacers per meter length (2 spacers per row with a spacing of 60 to 70 centimeters between them).

Intermediate water-stop plastic belt Due to having simple assembly parts, it can be easily produced at various lengths. In the design of its components, in the interface section between the plate (in a serrated form) and the pipe PVC (serrated) has been considered in the design, which provides good adhesion to concrete to be.
